New manager to be announced back end of next week...... So relax and chill ...enjoy the week end if not the next seven days.... No pleading no 1.000+ Likes enjoy the rollercoaster that's Bsly football club ...
Back of the beano lol I'm not going to disclose my source if I'm not prepared to reveal who it is lol am i now lol ... but thank you for the inquiry ...
well I thought they would leave it till about then, as the contracts expire then so it would make sense.
Well if they're doing interviews this week, it would make sense that it'd take time to decide and iron out a contract with an agent. I reckon you don't know who it is. Another stupid thread...shed.
I reckon it’s one of Freddy from rainbow, fred dibnar, Fred Astaire, fredo the frog or Freddie Starr. What do I win?
So an announcement will be made at the end of next week to tell us we have failed to recruit our targets and that we are now pursuing alternatives elsewhere. Meanwhile please buy a season ticket to show us your commitment.
What rollercoaster? we need a new head coach/manager, we are likely to appoint one soon. Its hardly a revelation
Been giving a lot of thought as to who our likely targets might be. To my mind, with the length of time it's taking, as some have already said, it could well be someone who is already in a job. Looking round the various websites Shrewsbury Manager Paul Hurst has said he is extremely flattered with rumours that he is being mentioned as a possible successor to Mick McCarthy at Ipswich. That tells you that he's ambitious and even if Shrewsbury are promoted via the play offs, if the right package is offered and Barnsley want him, as a Sheffield born lad, he might welcome a return to South Yorkshire. Exeter Manager Paul Tisdale is also involved in the plays offs. Even if his Club is promoted, he is on record as saying, he wants to try his hand elsewhere, so again, if we could get it right salary wise, he might be tempted to join us. Reading today, that Jack Ross was on £70k at St Mirren and has agreed to manage Sunderland on £350,000 per year. That is some increase for someone who is yet to experience life in the EFL.! I don't know what we were paying Heckingbottom or Morais, but I think we will have to make a realistic offer to secure the right man this time round. Personally I would be happy with either Hurst or Tisdale. As Shed has said, hopefully sometime next week the speculation will be at an end and we will know who it is, that has been appointed.
