    I think he's potentially very good, but overall summed up my feelings. I'd be far more disappointed to lose Pinnock.

    It’s ok saying we’d have Jackson & Pinnock but how often have them two been available this season, have either of them even been available for half of our games?

    I think he'd be a good player for us in League One and did alright last season, but his marking and distribution were laughable at times. Bound to happen with a young player making such a massive step up though. I'd like us to keep him but if someone is offering 7 figures I'd probably cash in. We've more than capable replacements in Pinnock and Jackson.

    And that’s exactly why a Championship club wants to buy him!!!
    Lol.

    We have the makings of a good League 1 side.
    The departure of Hammill and Yiadom has severely weakened the team.
    If we have any more of our better players leaving then this will result in YET ANOTHER total rebuild.

    Vultures will be circling Oakwell thinking there will be some easy pickings like there was under PC.
    In the PC era the players were more or less given away because he didn’t have much money.
    These vultures may not realise there’s been a change of ownership.
    The new owners need to drop a good price tag on our most priced assets.

    Looking at the current squad - our 3 centre backs will be the corner stone of any promotion push next season.

    Totally agree. Pinnock i expect to be in the Premier League in 2 years, if he keeps improving / avoids injury.
    I think Jackson, Pinnock & Pearson as back up should see us right.

    I didn't think I'd have to state the obvious but just for you Nudger...no, obviously I don't think we just need 11 players. However, if we sell a player it's generally assumed we'll sign a replacement, so didn't think that needed mentioning. I'm confident if we do sell, we've got the resources to sign another CB.
