id guess/hope we are still wanting to speak to at least one of the managers still in the play offs aswell

Hurst and/or Tisdale.. maybe, we'll see

At least things now seem to be moving..

Nixon broke that news in his column today. Done well at Wycombe. Wouldn't be a bad choice.

He'd do for me. Sooner him than Grayson.

Underwhelmed with every manager/coach that’s been mentioned tbh , maybe my ambition outstrips that of the club . I realise there are more attractive jobs out there at the moment but it seems to me we’re looking at managers in the same marketplace as the players . Would have much preferred Mr Lee had showed some intent with an appointment to get the fanbase excited .

Robert we are know a division 1 side and can only expect a division 1 manager and at best an avarage championship manager I'm afraid an appiontment to get the fan base excited in't going to happen as much as we all would like.

Wenger? Flopped at Arsenal in the end. Should have been in for Unai Emery. No ambition these new owners.

What a pathetic reply and typical . If you’re telling me I should be excited by the likes of Ainsworth and Grant McCann then it says more about you than me tbh .

We are in the third division and want a coach. No decent level manager is going to demote themselves to an head coach role. Whilst we continue this way we just need to accept it.

Which big name would want to come here who would show signs of ambition by the owners in your opinion? Or who would you like to see us go for? And by the way where did i say that? Ainsworth would be decent not mcann though.

Not Ainsworth. Every time I see him it just strikes me that he needs a bloody hair cut.

Very good shout. Would be my second choice behind Paul Hurst.

Apparently we asked to speak to him when Hecky left, but Wycombe turned us down.
