absolutely Kieffer is a great player can see him being top scorer in the division and he's such a strong target man
I didn't say anything about whether the investment was good or bad but you said there was no investment which was clearly wrong .Regarding Bradshaw , he is our player and not Sky Sports and if you choose to believe everything they say, then you truly have got problems
I agree the new owners / Patrick, (as I think most of these were "done deals" when they took over), forked out enough to keep us up. Sadly it was spent badly & the tw@t that spent it walked out. We then got in the wrong guy to save the day.
I hate to defend this chap but all the investment in January was probably covered by flogging MacDonald.
Defending this idiot isn’t a good look I know but I suspect we invested next to nothing last summer. All covered by flogging Roberts.
To be fair , the club could have sold Roberts & spent nothing but we replaced 15 players pre season & another 6 or 7 deals in january , it didn"t work out last year but maybe some of that investment may provide a return next season , we will have to see.
It’s not really an investment if you just spend what you have received. It’s good financial management( that I have no problem with) but you can’t really claim to be investing. The idea is that one of your punts comes good and you start the process again.
I"m no money man but surely if you receive some income & just sit on it , then its money in the bank or a financial asset but if you buy something for you business , in this case players , then you are re investing it , are you not ?
and what about the money from January 2017 was that invested in the squad a big fat no. 3-4 million for one player and we basically used it to buy a whole new squad pathetic.
having a Superman as your pic and naming yourself after a pinochicco character on a football forum is not a good look
