Been reading posts by others and there seems to be a few ppl questioning the level of experience our new manager has.
Now I don't know if I'm correct in saying this and I'm sure there will be someone who tells me no.
    But...
if the style you want to play is high pressing and attack based then surely instead of concentrating on the opposition and what they can do and how they can damage us. We will be saying sort of "sod you" this his how we play we are better than you and we will win. Once this mentality is drilled into our players and they know what the head coach expects from them in a game then surely every game will be set up same, get ball of other team ASAP then attack. Therefore knowledge of the other teams to some extent is not required. As long as your team is doing what you ask and you stick to the style then this pattern could be rolled out across every league game.
Maybe occasionally you might need a bit of knowledge about other certain players if someone is setting the league on fire.
But really I don't know if I've just been mumbling in my head or if this is a valid understanding of how it will be..

The exact thoughts of Ally Macleod when Scotland travelled to Argentina in 1978.

Can't see many of our players having that mind set.
    That is what worries me.
Do we really want to completely rebuild again?
Suspect this may be required for 50%
