We've collapsed 114-7 still need 92 to avoid defeat.

They have made excuses that six are missing. The same six that lost 4-1 to us at home a few months ago. Now it's 9-1 against them just this year. Could have been silly Jos hitting a six instead of a single when we had plenty of time left in the match.

Best match of the five as only one that's been close. Low scoring matches can be classics too.

Magnificent Butler. But special praise for Rashid and Ball sticking with him.

Expensive weekend for patriotic betters. Yesterday we beat New Zealand at rugby league and South Africa at rugby union. Today it's Australia in cricket and Panama in football. The four timer was around 13/2. Dunno what a fiver timer would have been with Lewis Hamilton winning the grand prix. Dominant weekend for English sport.

Class player he may be but I would be inclined to ease Root out of this team in favour of someone like Stokes. He doesn't seem to have the right mindset when he goes out to bat in a limited overs game. He might get a hundred in his next innings, but I doubt it. He's a test player (like Alistair Cook).
