Reyt, I get married on Sunday and have been asked to sort the music out for the ceremony. I've downloaded the songs from apple music but now they're in the wrong format and need converting to MP3. I've had a quick google and there seems to be a few programmes around to do this but has anyone got any recommendations? Any help greatly appreciated.
I use one called "Free M4a to MP3 Converter", had no updates for a bit though, can still get from cnet though if there's nothing newer.
I'm fairly sure Audacity does this - it's free and really useful software if you want to make edits as well. https://www.audacityteam.org/download/
I get married on Friday & had to do the same thing. I used this youtube converter to change from a youtube video to mp3. It also does other conversions & fairly easy to use. https://www.onlinevideoconverter.com Good luck for sunday!
I do this pretty much every day, as I make music and own a record label. Forget any 3rd party online converter, you’ll **** your laptop/PC up with viruses and other malware. Easiest way is using ITunes, it’s completely safe and does it at a higher bitrate which means better quality. It’s unbelievably simple on the click of a button.
I've tried it but keep getting the following error 'none of the selected files were converted because they could not be found'. any ideas?!
If all of your tracks are in a playlist, then highlight them all. At the top of your iTunes browser there’s ‘file’. Click that, half way down the options is convert, which opens up another list and click mp3. If that doesn’t work it might be because you’ve moved your music files to another folder but if you’d done that the music wouldn’t even play.
