    Because after 25+ years of being a Centenary member and following the advice of YTBFC. It prompted me to contact Beth and cancel my subs.

    And Beth didn’t have the common courtesy to acknowledge my cancellation request email. Even though week before, it was all ‘Good luck with the draws’ when I contacted the club to confirm my details.

    Never mind, problem solved, standing order now cancelled.

    The club needs to offer better discounts for centenary members .
    Especially now we have billionaire owners .

    I tried to help someone else in that thread, whilst making clear I couldn’t answer much about the subject as I know very little about it. You then fired a few questions at me which I wasn’t able to answer. Which I explained whilst pointing you in the direction of someone who could.

    In other words, I’ll think again in future when I get an urge to help.

    I cancelled in February 2016 after the JPT Final ticket priority debacle.

    So email reception@barnsleyfc.co.uk isn’t monitored when someone’s on holiday.

    I think he was saying that you were blaming the wrong person as she was on holiday, not that the email is only monitored by her.
