Can't see us beating either, Belgium the best team, France have the 2 best players in Pogba and Mbappe.

I think a tight game like this would suit us because we are dangerous from set pieces.

Just the matter of Croatia first

Passing of both teams is light years ahead of ours. I think it was a fascinating match.

I only saw the second half, and whilst I enjoyed it as a contest, there was precious little quality on show. Belgium looked laboured, in my eyes, and France stood firm. Hardly a superb game

I thought it was a decent game. Watched it in a Dutch run hotel in Southern France and the bar was split evenly between French and Belgian supporters and had a nice atmosphere. Seen a lot worse games the key difference was France scored but not a lot between them. If we can win tomorrow I think we will do it. If Belgium had Kane instead of an out of sorts Lukaku they would probably have won

    People are misinterpreting my post.

I said it wasn't "a classic" as in it won't be a game that lives long in the memory, unless you're French.

1-0 from a set piece when so many individual masters canceled each other out.

Was that Lukaku up front for Belgium tonight, or was it Regis or Onibuje or Thiam ?.

Lukaku looks unfit and overweight to me, and even worse he has that uninterested look about him a lot of the time.

Looked like most of the players were a bag of nerves which is probably understandable as none of them have played in a World Cup final, I’d imagine England & Croatia will be pretty cagey as well.

I really worry about us coming up against M’Bappe & Griezeman, not only the pace but the trickery & first touches they’ve got are scary, be a massive test of our formation when France are trying to drag players out of position.

Feel sorry for De Bruyne, feel like he deserves more from this season than just a league title. The best player in the premier league for me by a distance. So close to getting a couple more brilliant assists tonight
