Cheers for that Metatarsal. And great to meet up with you again.
Have a good day tomorrow at the open and have a safe journey home. Also great meeting Tony.
I'll be in touch about my next visit to Oakwell.

    First
First Open I've not been to in 4 years. Hope you're enjoying it, great seeing all the top players close up.
Good putting a face to a name too Metatarsal. I sit in row behind you on the Ponty and have done for years......

26th Open for me, always a good few days. Love the event, just a piece of rope between you and the elite players. Introduce yourself at the second home game, I'm away for the Oxford match. Cheers.

When I looked at the results it appeared to be a group game. So might still progress. Over to you Ian. Re what went wrong. Edit. Sorry. Just looked at the group table. No chance.

We've an absolute clown in charge as manager. Lazslo the Hungarian ex Hearts manager. Just does not seem to have a clue. We drew last week 1-1 with Arbroath and beaten on Tuesday in Dingwall away to Ross County. Now today's shambles. We are away to Elgin on Saturday with team spirit at rock bottom. I've decided not to go. We have signed a whole new squad of players but they just are not getting things together. And yet Lazslo's interviews tell us things are going well on the training ground. Club has been in sad rapid decline for 4 years and there is no sign of things changing anytime fast. Sad days for my once very proud club.

What a shame Ian. Fingers crossed he gets it right in the end and the Arabs start doing better.
By not going as often, does that mean we might see more of you down Oakwell way.?
Have you picked any games out that you intend to travel down for yet.?

Well I hope he gets his marching orders on Monday. Bumbling fool. Yes I have a couple of dates penciled in. Donny at home staying over and hope to do Sunderland away on the Tuesday. I'm down Oct for a U2 concert on a Friday but BFC are away to Charlton on the Saturday so Sparky has suggested we take in the York Chester game on the Saturday. I have just started taking my 8 Yr old grand daughter to the games and she is thoroughly loving it so even although we are playing so badly I am committed to take Ellie along. Great seeing the wee lass so happy.
