Had some difficulties getting through to the club as I guess they're busy. Wondered if anyone knew if season ticket renewals were using last year's card or if the club were issuing new ones?

I went to collect mine and my grandsons. I was informed on the phone to bring both our last year's tickets. I knew my grandson would have a new card due to the change of category. I was surprised when I was also given a new card. No change of seat or category. My advice would be to check.

I had ours loaded onto existing cards but I'm going to check they've loaded ok or if new cards are needed.
Season before last I couldn't get in at turnstiles & missed first 20 mins!

If you've not changed seat or category, last season's card should work.

I am genuinely confused now, as I have not changed category or seat but still got a new card through the post this week. I will ensure I take both cards next week...…..

That's baffled me too. Unless to ticked the 'send me a card through the post box' when renewing.

Just spoke to a lovely lady in the box office who checked last season's barcode against this season's barcode and it seems both my daughters and me have had new cards issued and they're being posted out.

I was told that they had a collection period for people to claim new cards at the box office. Unclaimed new cards have been posted out today and the remainder will be posted out tomorrow.

I've had a letter regarding my car parking ticket and it said that the ticket could be updated 3 times so this could be the same with the season tickets.

When renewing took option on both my son's & my own to add new season on to existing card.
Been & checked this afternoon, mine has been added to existing card but my son has been sent a new card which was posted today. He hasn't changed seat or category so sounds a bit random.
Guess if you don't get a new card by Saturday then your old one is what you use......

The age of our juvenile category has changed, was U16 and has changed to U18. My daughter was affected by this so needed a new card.

He's 19 though so still in same 17 to 21 category. Bit of a mystery but hey ho....as long as new card comes in time...

Picked up season tickets for me, my son and my Dad today.

My Dad's ticket will be a surprise birthday present and when I ordered it I specifically asked if I could pick it up from the shop rather than it get posted out to him.

Turned up at the club shop today to find they'd stuck it in the post...

Massive thank you to the lady who went through the thousands of letters waiting to go out and retrieved my Dad's ticket.

It was really busy in the shop today. In the 30 mins I was waiting there I lost count of the number of people who came in to either collect their tickets (only to be told it had been posted out) or ask when the new kit was going to be available to buy...

I hope that league ones fair play takes into account revenue we could have had if we'd tried a bit harder

My ST arrived this morning. I seem to remember that they would be sent out towards the end of July. They have done just that.

I was told the tickets would be added on to last season’s card as there were no category or seat changes.

Our new ones came in the post this morning...

    No idea.
