Now forgive me here if I sound a tight arse however, I am not one to moan but...
Seriously something needs to be done about the sizings of the kids shirts last season didn't think anything about it but this year its hit me.
Just been upto the hallowed turf to buy myself and my 8yr old the new home shirt same as previous years and possibly same as yrs to come hopefully I kid you not he's walked out with a 13-14yr old top now just a thought and a bit of head scratching came about he is by no means massive fat or obese just a regular average size for his age however at this rate by the time he is 11 he will be in a small adults top leaving me to pay quite a bit more money when realistically the shirts in my eyes a set for people who seem to be considerably smaller than average at that age. Anyone else found this?? May contact club and see what is occurring regarding this any how they get the sizes the so wrong for there ages

I've ordered the 9-10 year option for my 7 year old as last year's 7-8 is small on him now. Looks like I might have to swap it on Saturday if what you are saying is anything to go by!

My little one who is a pretty big lad for 4 years old got a 7-8 years. You are correct, The thing is, by the time they are 8 or 9 - its adult sizes and adult cost.

Sorry - I stand corrected, we actually got him 9-10 for a 4 year old. Which is crazy!

it's always been this way, my youngest is 18 now, he went into a small adults size when he was 11.

Wonder if the other kit brands are the same?

interesting reading the above. My lad has just turned 4, he's probably of average size and i've got him the 3-4 year old kit and its fine for him. I usually take a Large myself; i've bought large and its plenty big enough for me; so no complaints for sizes from me.
