    I had a bloke sitting next to me second half today who provided (to himself) a bad commentary extremely loudly for every single pass. It went something like this:

    Go on potsy lad
    Go on Toby lad
    Header Liam lad
    Go on (player) lad (this was used a lot)
    Nice one Dmitri lad (whenever he used nice one it seemed to be before the player mentioned had actually done anything so somehow premature praise - this happened a lot).


    EVERY SINGLE BLOODY PASS FOR THE ENTIRE 2ND HALF.

    Haven't been that annoyed with of our own fans at a match for a long time.

    Anyway, I will look out for **** Commentator Man and not sit anywhere near him in future. Anyone else named their neighbouring fans at Oakwell?

    Well, there's 'The Prince' at one side of me (our very own Prince of Risborough of course), there's 'the nice guy who gives me sweets' who sits behind me and there's 'linesman guy' in front of me who always blames the lineman on the East Stand for every decision, no matter where it occured on the pitch (for example 'how was that not a penalty lino?' when Kieffer rolled around in the box near the West Stand for a bit).

    We have "Echo Man" near us. It's more amusing than annoying but when ever anyone says anything around us he repeats it!

    Me - "Mowatt looks a different player this season". Echo Man to his mate "that Mowatt looks a different player this season you know".

    Me - "Pinillos is the weak link at the back". Echo Man to his mate "Pinillos is the weak link you know mate".

    Me - "Without their 'keeper it could 8-0". Echo Man "8-0 without that keeper today you know mate!"

    I thought that bit was funny too! Kieffer was floored about six feet from the OTHER linesman, and not far from the ref. Maybe he thought that the East Stand guy would hear his comment, pass it on to the ref via his comms thingy and then get us a penalty.

    I hope I don't annoy you by the way Zoe - I know that I usually have too much to say for myself. It was all good today though I think :)

    Behind us I know we have Jay and jlwbl and barnsley66?. But in front of us. I Don't think they post on here but a couple who are tip top. Brilliant. And especially with the lads and neice.

    Always bring out sweets and worthers originals etc.

    I've seen him wear bapps for bolts gear so assume he works for them. But they are thoroughly decent folk. And they always speak to us and especially the kids.

    I feel guilty every time a foul slip of my mouth occurs but one thing i will say.... I would not change where we sit for anything. Great surroundings

    Oh and my dad also says it's the best we've sat around. He says (might be a few beers involved lol) sod the family stand... It's family where we are :)

    We had some new faces sitting behind us.

    Thiam was "*****" until he scored and then they sarcastically called him a "Reight player"

    Potts and Davies also got plenty of stick from them throughout.

    If there is one downside to seating, it's going to every home game knowing you'll be sat near people like them.
