    Sorry if this has been covered before. In his radio Sheffield interview today,Andreas Winkler referred to the ' recruitment team'.
    I was already vaguely aware of this but who is actually on it? Obviously GG as he controls the purse strings on behalf of the owners. But who are the other mysterious members of this august body?

    G>G isn't in the recruitment team.I forgot there names but it's a 4 man team with one I believe from Scotland.Hecky wanted the club to employ a recruitment team at the time he was suppose to have been coaching instead he was on the phone trying to do deals evidently.

    Brian Young is chief scout...and does scouting and assessing along with at least a couple of others...one I know well.
    They report all their findings back to the decision makers.
