I'm not sure it is good work necessarily, it's only good if we win promotion. Though if the offer had been reasonable and we'd had a replacement, I reckon it would've gone through anyway. I'm sure Bradshaw will try his best, but as the season goes on, as we saw with Yiadom, he didn't give absolutely everything in case it caused injury and impacted his move. Bradshaw obviously wants to move, and theres no way he'll sign a new contract now, even if promoted unless we pay over the odds. The owners have essentially gambled on promotion. Great if we do, lots of lost revenue to find for the next wave of replacements if not. Fingers crossed.
I don't think it's definite that he wouldn't sign a new contract. He's obviously not going to sign one just after we've been relegated, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if he signed up again should we get promoted (provided we make a Championship offer). Same goes for the rest of them who will be able to leave next summer .
I think once you block a transfer, any good will is lost and the highest probability is a move. The only way he'd stay is if he was paid a good percentage more than elsewhere on longer terms, or, nobody else came in for him.
I think we will get stronger and stonger...this sends out the right message to the rest of the club's out there and from what I'm hearing and seeing this manager/ coach...likes the players and vice versa. Think this will be a very good season.....and I'm excited!

Dont agree - he wasnt happy under Hecky and the clown Morais didnt do anything that may have convinced him to stay but he looked to have a really good relationship with Stendel. In the game on Saturday I noticed him and Stendel talking quite a few times and Bradshaw looked quite happy. I think if he is settled in a team and not forced to play lone striker and we are doing well there is every chance he could agree a contract extension. Who says the club blocked a transfer - Millwall apparantly approached us with an offer which was declined - for all we know they may have even asked Bradshaw if he wanted to go and he said no - for sure he wouldn't have been first choice there and he may view them with as much enthusiasm as we do. But even if not the club havent blocked a transfer they just declined an offer that wasnt good enough. Its not imposible we may exchange places with them next season - I know they exceeded expectations (as did the blunts) but second seasons are often difficults
Not really. If the bids that have been mentioned are legit, it will have been easy for them to turn it down.
They are indeed. I've said before, I like Bradshaw. If he feels his chances of international call ups are hampered, and/or his future career and earnings are impacted, that's obviously going to create a more negative perception about his current club. There was a lot of chatter about him leaving and potentially handing in transfer requests. That's always a sign agents are busy, and its rare they do it for no reason without their clients agreement. I've no doubt he'll make the right noises and try and do his best until it suits his immediate interests not to. Hopefully he can get 20-25 goals that fire us to promotion. If he doesn't, and if we stay down.... the opportunity cost wasn't worth it.
I wish we''d sold him at the start of the summer and brought in a replacement. I've watched him play for two years and although he works really hard, he's not very good.
There was no holding back for fear of injury on Saturday from him imo Thought he gave his all . It’s in his interest to have not just us but other clubs admiring him for a pay rise or move
