    It doesn't scan at all! I do like the first two lines but the end could do with some work.

    This is a very well known and easily "singable" German song. There's a good "oh oh oh oh oh" line which anyone can join in with. I'm rubbish at lyrics but if our fans sang a song to this tune the German lads in the dugout would recognise it immediately.
