Bit short of choice near the ground.

Frankie and bennys, Pizza Hut and a hungry horse boozer on the estate. Nothing much else in walking distance other than the Berkeley on the roundabout back towards the town centre.

Glanford Park isn’t particularly central but you can’t miss it if you drive in via the m181.

If you turn left when you come off the M181 onto the A18 about a mile down road there 2 the Jolley Sailer and the Ironmonger both decent, if you get off at junction 1 (Thorne) of just after you getgon the M180 and go down the A18 to Scunthorpe you pass them both.
For those going by train if you get off at Althorp the stop before Scunthorpe (actually nearer ground than going into town centre) it's a short walk to both and only a 15 minute walk to ground.

The Manchester airport train should be running because that's a trans Pennine not northern and that calls at Scunthorpe via Doncaster
