    That makes no sense.

This is a player on their doorstep.

Yet they wouldn't have him on their radar? Because he's too young, at 23?

Can he play tomorrow? How long is his contract when he signs in January? Vague article but glad to have another striker on board.

There’s the problem in a nutshell.

I’ve seen a lot of clips of players that look brilliant, not so much after.

Per football heaven bloke -yes but played it down. Also played an interview with Winkler and he did’nt attempt to hide his disappointment about Bradshaw’s departure

Big move for him. It’s time to establish himself as a player. Reviews seem a little mixed Did well at Burton not so well at Bristol and Fulham appear to have been trying to offload him for a while. In my limited sightings he always played well without being outstanding. I think he will be a good fit for the team. Hard working an eye for goal not much pace an almost direct replacement for Bradshaw.

    Onwards and upwards.

Don't know much about this lad so can't say. What I will say is I'm still baffled as to why Millwall went for Bradshaw. Must just be the best they could at the price. Wouldn't inspire me if we were bringing him into the championship.
Good luck to Tom maybe he will step it up a level, but I have seen nothing from him to say he will.

Does this assessment go along with your assessment of Moore?

"Moore’s first touch is a shot and his shot is a first touch"

"He looks worse against L1 defenders than he did against Championship ones."

Perhaps you have posted a re-assessment of Moore. I may have missed it.

After all, he scored 3 at Rochdale, using in 2 cases his touch as a touch before his shot as a shot, and laid the other goal on a plate for Potts.

The other goal was a glorious header.

Yes until the Rochdale game that’s exactly what he looked like. I thought he played well against Rochdale and on some occasions last season for most of this season he has looked like a poor man’s John Pearson. I know you barely go to away games was Rochdale one you actually managed to attend or are you relying on other people’s views again?

Gotta love an internet troll do you have no life or just no life worth living?

He’d be eligible I imagine but he’s not trained with the squad so I doubt he will, certainly not starting.

If he did his hammy in the medical as was reported we might not see him for a few games. Hopefully not too serious, but I don’t think it should have stopped them making the signing if he’s going to miss a game or two, we needed someone in so it makes sense.

    Hope he does ok.

Hopefully starting. It would keep tactics the same instead of shuffling things about. Not bothered that he's not trained with the rest of them yet, as I'm sure he's capable of following instructions.

I've no idea whether this lad is any good, or not, as I know nothing about him. However, welcome Cauley. I hope you have a great Barnsley career.

We've also had players on loan that I thought were gash and turned out to be pretty good actually
    • Jay Rodriguez
    • Jon Walters
to name 2 off the top of my head. Time will tell if this lad is any good

Ah I knew you wouldn't give any ground.

Fortunately these days for those who work to a time where it's not feasible to go to away games, there's the new wonder of being able to watch it on TV.

Anyway, if you think that "trolling" consists of one post which reminds you of your own previous erroneous opinion, then perhaps I've misunderstood the definiton.

And if you can point to to me responding directly to more than a couple of your own posts in the last ..say 6 months...then prove it.

I know you have been doing the trolling rounds now it’s my turn again. I feel honoured but it’s Friday night mate and I have some tunes to spin and some gin to drink and some flirting to do.

If you don’t attend games you have nowt to say. Tara ****.

That reply was a bit Hemsworth Tyke. Those who don't attend away games, i presume you mean, have nowt to say.

Well now the wonderful home season ticket holders who don't go to away matches have your opinion of them.

This from the bloke who has regularly concluded that he might not buy a season ticket cos there might be better things to do.

With regard to your "I know you've been doing the trolling rounds" - I know that isn't true.

But if you think it is, then I'm sure you can post the evidence. Off you go.

You know that I have not replied to any of your posts for ages.

I'm sorry that I challenged your assertion that Moore has no control over his feet. Obviously you are not going to change your mind about this, despite you seeing it with your own eyes at Rochdale.

    Good luck with your flirting.

Am I alone in wondering whether the “Mc” in Cauley is silent?
