Not only is he still learning about his players but he is also coming to terms with what League 1 is all about. I'll be more than happy if we're there or thereabouts come January ready for a big push in the second half of the season.

I watched the highlights back on the Sky website, every highlight you can hear a German accent shouting and balling above everybody else. I don’t think we’ve had a coach as passionate, certainly not in my time supporting the club anyway.
