Fitzy, I am very happy being a barnsley supporter right now. (I noticed the stat and put it up there for you with no comment)
I reckon this is the best time to be a Barnsley supporter since the prem year, or at least the playoff year...
I'm glad we came down to Div1. so that we can regroup and see how our new owners can plot our course.
We had a great story as a family club with Patrick and Hecky.... and then suddenly it was over..
but I am good with this setup as just about everybody is... these could be our best days for...

 

Why did you put the stat up? It says "we're doing well, but...." to me.

You can only beat the teams in front of you.

 

okay.. I can see why you may think that I am being pessimistic here. Fact is that I think that we have been the better team in every match that we have played so far.
Maybe I am just trying to hose down the expectations... it is the Barnsley way.. anyhow, I love you like a brother, Fitzy...

 

Just enjoy it for what it is mate. We're going to be the better team in a lot of matches at this level because we have good players.

Some of these players actually played well in the championship last season. Unfortunately though, not always collectively and were up against top players on big money.

If we can't have expectations in league one it's time to pack it in.

 

But Bradford and Wimbledon weren't before we played them.

 

There are many different ways you could make the point that something isn't funny, cot death isn't one of them and the fact you think otherwise speaks volumes.

If you believe that me pulling up comments like the one you made is the reason this board is on its arse(its not by the way) then you are deluded.
