If he keeps scoring like he has been the vultures are certain to circle.

Hopefully we don't sell. But where ought his valuation be placed in the current overinflated market?

We'd be in a good position to demand serious big bucks. Plenty left to run on his contract and there aren't many around who have his strength and ability in the air.

I reckon anything less than £4million shouldn't be entertained. Madine went to Cardiff for £5m I think. Hugill to West Ham for £12m. Moore is a better player than them both in my opinion.

He’s looking superb now he’s settling in. I think we need to go back to two up top and he’ll only get better.

Hard to put a price on him, he’ll be the difference between going up or not. So at least £6m+.

Long contract top striker I think he has a good chance of scoring more league goals than winnall did in the promotion season unless we get a silly offer in January. Hope Woodrow hits the ground running too.

Blunts got 11 million for somebody I wouldn't swap Moore for, so I would say that's the benchmark price before add ons.

If he's fit all season with the amount of chances we're creating he'll have 25+ league goals

While I'd agree with you that it's probably a fairvvaluation with the market being in the state it is, £6 million for a player who has only ever scored goals in the 3rd tier is objectively utterly insane.

If he stays all season, he’ll beat Cec. McCormacks record for the Reds.

Agree completely! But Jack Marriott scores 28 goals in League 1 and gets sold to Derby for £4m plus add ons.

What I liked most about Moore today was that he didn’t stop running. Seemed to embody what the pressing game is all about and he kept it up for 90. Then collapsed at the end. Great effort. Couple of other lads who came on as subs barely broke sweat in the same way.

Big Keef is really starting to find the mark isn't he, despite some shocking misses still which even I could have scored with my hip!! lol.
I really want to know about the new long term replacement for Bradshaw as well, and if he can form a good threatening partnership up front with Keef.
Theres some real potential there up front for us this season at this level, so lets hope we as a club can and will 'tap' into it and use it effectively.

If he keeps this up then by the end of the season he’s going to be £10M +++
An incredible performance again from him.

First and foremost, the guy works his socks off every game. He takes the hits from big daft centre halves every week. That said, he is not and never will be Championship class, which will limit his value. I think Big Mick had him summed up correctly. But by all means give him a chance to prove he is next season if we get up. Adenoyejo on the other hand is a terrific prospect in my humble opinion.

Started off very slowly and I was critical after the first few games mainly in disappointment more than anything. Last few games he is being the player we all thought he could be at this level.

I have to say that asserting that Moore is not Championship class is one of the most ridiculous posts I've seen on this site.

He is the only reason we have a chance of getting out of this league.

To suggest that if we went up this season, that we'd have to offload him cos he is not good enough, in the league above, is tosh.

He is our most effective player. He is our best player. He is why we are where we are.

Victor is a million miles in his wake.

    In my humble opinion.

I think he can be a great help in getting us out of this league - just as he was a great help to Rotherham in getting our of League One in the first half of last season. But that doesn't make him up to Championship class. Mick McCarthy didn't have an embarrassment of riches at Ipswich but he couldn't have Keiffer on his mind at Portman Road. And as far as offloading him goes, I said that I'd give him a chance in the second tier. But I'd not expect him to come good. Only opinions, and I'd love to be proved wrong - as I have many times before.

How can you say that he will never be championship class ? , minds you the same might have been said about Jamie Vardy when he signed for Fleetwood

You're opinion is that he will never be championship class.

    I disagree.
