After such a baron run last season, his Oxford brace should have pushed him on. Instead it looks like a freak performance when it should be the norm by now, with how long he's been here.

I had high hopes after Oxford but they’re dwindling slightly. That Bahre plays on the left doesn’t he?

Played well again today. Played well in every game just hasn’t scored since.

Lot of pointless negativity on here to say we’ve won. Can’t breeze past everybody you know.

Grinding out narrow wins like today are going to be vital come the end of season.Would love to win 4 nil every week but that ain’t gonna happen .

Smashed the post first half and put an outstanding ball over the Moncur who volleyed at the keeper.

He's turned himself into a vital player for us, which must really be annoying for certain sections of our support...

Smashed? It trickled didn’t it? It was the right idea though, caught the keeper off guard and was unlucky.

    True, it went wide.

He’s a winger at the moment - and for me is doing well. As with most of the team, he’s a powerful unit and wins most of his balls.

He’s come a long way since last season so has Mowatt, Thiam will become a cult in the same ilk as mvoto

He continues to promise more than he delivers. There is a terrific player trying to escape there.

Thiam has come on leaps and bounds this season from last. He goes into challanges, he wins headers, which was something that was missing from his game last season. His first touch is excellent and he now chases and closes down, what’s not to like?

Who'd develop into that a lot quicker with more backing, no?

We're unbeaten, and yet at 2-0 up today I heard zero songs, no encouragement, just moans when we lost the ball.

I'm not sure what folk want.

This is the most expansive, attacking football we've had down here in years, players giving it their all, and succeeding at it, yet today it felt flat inside the ground. Even the gaffer referred to it.

Lets hope not , having watched the reds for the best part of 60 years I can say that Mvoto would get a shirt in my all time worst Barnsley eleven , a shocking player .
