Says ST + 2 now which I have but still saying I don’t have correct privileges - definitely have 2 assigned tickets, would’ve had all 3 but paid on day at Rochdale.
I just get this " Unfortunately, this time you don't have the correct privileges on your account to purchase tickets for this package. Why not return to ticket home and try another package or match?". I have Bradford, and was hoping Coventry would count (not to mention Blackpool)
I'm getting that message too, I've assigned them for both correctly and for my mate it still says the same. In a que in the box office now, people still having the same issue.
No reason why you shouldn't have been able to buy them from a second after midnight. When you can buy online and it's technically the day your privileges let you buy, you shouldn't have to wait till club shop opening hours to make a online purchase.
All sorted tickets in hand. And the problem was on my end with the account. Was sent to see Beth who has sorted it out. Massive thumbs up for top service to staff up at Oakwell today.
Top lady Beth, sorted a small problem for me on a Sunday morning over on tykes talk...she never sleeps
I don't know maybe its better to do it when the club are open in case anyone has a issue like I did then they can go in and sort it out. Otherwise I could have potentiality missed out.
But for fairness if that was the case they should stop all online sales outside of office hours if you have to wait for the box office to open to purchase tickets, even if your purchase day has already started.
No I just ment at the opening of a new category is when you are most likely to have problems. With people not have assigned tickets correctly or in my case my account was linked wrong. Doesn't really matter if it midnight or 9am as long as you know when it is. Also midnight would give people who use online priority over those who don't.
My account is broke actually, as one username has two passwords (and thus two different accounts). I've only not been arsed to sort it as it's not that important provided I use the correct password linked to my ST.
Coventry does count. I got same message yesterday morning. I’d been to Bradford & Rochdale so assumed Coventry didn’t count. Went to collect Coventry tickets yesterday & asked the question. Apparently Bradford ticket hadn’t been allocated properly to my account when a mate went in box office armed with all my details to assign. Nobody in our group had got them assigned right. Woman in box office was really helpful to sort it all out but it’s a bit worrying that someone in there doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. I’m buying all mine online in future.
To be honest, it's best to buy them online anyway, and then pick them up from the very short (or no) queue outside the box office on a home match day. It's a fantastic service that the club operate.
If Coventry did count then I don’t know why I couldn’t purchase yesterday. Had Cov, Rochdale and Scunny tickets all purchased through my ST account (sat in Home end with a mate for Bradford), no other accounts to link to. Couldn’t purchase yesterday but come 09:05 this morning it was available? All sorted now so no problems, but it looks like according to the site, Coventry didn’t count.
Coventry shouldn't count as the match hasn't happened yet and you can have people buy for that game, purchase for Fleetwood and then go back to get a Coventry refund.
I suppose technically you're right, but that's a bit drastic though isn't it? Just to get a Fleetwood ticket
