Walsall 7/1 to beat us

    Now, I'm not saying bet against your own team (and I wouldn't anyway given the start we've had), but 7/1 is outrageous value - they've had a similarly great start, same points, and will be our toughest test so far. They're even 9/5 double chance (draw/win)

    On the other hand, we're 4/9 to win. Don't think I've seen us so short for a league game.

    I am sure Skybet were offering 18/1 on both teams to score and Walsall win. That seems great value too. I can see us scoring for sure.

    Don’t matter what odds are if you lose you lose whether 4/9 or 20/1. I cannot see us losing to Walsall tomorrow so on that basis (as well as I never back against us would rather abstain) I’m out

    I don’t expect us to lose either but we’ve got to lose at some point, we can’t go all season unbeaten (feel free to bump this if we actually do).

    Walsall will probably be our toughest test yet, particularly with Davies and Dougall out.

    Your probably right but I just can’t see us losing tomorrow .Walsall have started well and imo will be their first defeat by us .

    I would be surprised if we lost tomorrow too but I also expected us to beat Wimbledon fairly comfortably and we struggled in that.

    Safest way is to not bet and then you don’t ever lose! (Should probably listen to my own advice)

    We were 2/5 to beat Gillingham...

    Last week at HT when we were winning 2-0 Gillingham were 125/1 to draw or win, definitely worth a quid of anyone’s money

    We have two enforced changes due to international duty, which I'm sure the bookies won't have factored in yet. They tend to respond nearer to kick off to team news. Dougall in particular is a big loss. We don't have a similar type of player to replace him with.

    They are. Which is bizarre. Not sating we're going to lose, but Walsall are undefeated. We're without our goalkeeper and central midfielder. Losing 2-1 is certainly not far fetched. We might stuff them 3-0, but we might have a frustrating day and a 2-1 loss is not 18-1.
