I'd pay him up and tell him to **** off, that pass to Moor when we were through on goal summed up his performance.

    He is an impact player.

He will never cut it over 90 minutes sadly. I wish he could. If he only would. He surely could.

    Looks like he can't though.

Not sure if he's not fit enough, or just can't be arsed.

Wasn't the worst game I've ever seen him play should of done alot better with that chance even hit the target or square it to moore who will hit the target.

Football is great for opinions. He was th only player in the pitch that looked capable of coming up with something. **** cross-cum-nothing to Moore but then again I'd rather have him on the pitch than Thiam. Showed once again that those goals against Oxford were flash in the pans.

He's not even that because he rarely makes any impact. Love to know what those who have offered him a new contract see in him. First season excuse was not settled up north. Last season was not good enough for the championship. This season he's showing he's not good enough for league one or at least not for us.

Thiams vision started the breakaway that created the chance moncur wasted. He put himself about abit did moncur but he has been looking like he will create something for the past 2 n half seasons.

He seems to be one of those players that looks quite slick, can beat a few men, but rarely has any end product. Had plenty of those.

Unbeaten and 3rd in the league, Moncur has been decent so far and as per the Mcgeehan thread no need.

I thought he played well today, fair enough bad pass to Moore but that aside has put in the effort and offers us an attacking option from midfield. I'm hopeful we will offer a new contract. Just my opinion

We have to disagree , I do not think he was any worse or any better than anyone else & to say he was absolut cack is way over the top .

What did he contribute ? He looks great on the ball but missed a good chance to square it to Moore in the first half straight at the keeper, can’t cross, can’t shoot and certainly can’t pick a killer pass.

Would rather have the young lad Brown on, at least the effort is there with him

I’m with you he had a decent game other than the mess he made with the breakaway chance and he ran for the full 90 minutes. Not his best game but he was ok

I take it from where you live that you have seen a lot of videos of Brown then , not that I am knocking him, but apart from the few under 23"s games I have seen I have hardly seen him , he was injured for a lot of last season & has not had many minutes on the pitch this season so I do not know how you make the comparison plus they play in different positions .

^^^this^^^. That cross / shot was horrendous but over the full 90 minutes he was ok.

I really try to give him a fair chance, often I think I am too harsh about him. But the more I watch him the less he seems to offer. He clearly has talent and again thought he didn't do too bad today so maybe I'm overly critical. Thought Thiam was awful again today too, if he's not a natural winger and not a striker I'm not sure what he is.
All that said we could have easily won today and we didn't play well. So onto the next one, let hope we can get a win at a normally unhappy hunting ground.

Anyone know when we last won at Coventry .Think it’s up there with Loftus rd regarding bogey grounds.
