Should have squared one to Moore - i think it was for a tap in and didn't look up, then minutes later intercepted a pass that was meant for Cavare that would have had Cavare through on goal.

    Not normally critical of him.

Thought he made three telling contributions, unfortunately they were all for Coventry.

Ruined three good moves (blazed one into the stands, fecked up a simple square ball to colleagues for a tap-in and intercepted a defence splitting pass that would have put Cavare clean through).

    Of late?

His trademarks to run 30 yards with the ball (normally sideways or backwards), missing a couple of chances to play a good, forward ball & then give it to a full back / central midfielder & get cheered anyway

Really frustrating yesterday. He came on for Bahre, who was my motm, proceeded to smash one miles over the bar when in a decent position, then inexplicably tapped it straight to the keeper at his near post when Moore would have had a tap-in had he just rolled it across the box. He can make some decent runs with the ball but his end product is appalling most of the time.

If Moncur was half as good as Moncur thinks he is he’d be amazing.

He’s a talented player but has limitations, one of which being he seems to think he’s better than everyone else.

If he could get his head up and be more of a team player he’d be immense.

He has undoubted quality which makes it all the more frustrating that he’s generally ineffective, approaching crap, in games for us.

Could'n understand why he didn't move out wide when McGeehan came on. Midfield totally cluttered, and nothing out wide.
