Must be the most cringeworthy, annoying manager in a job. he manages to stick "we want to win football matches" into every interview he does. He talks like he thinks he's some kind of superior being. He really does like himself.
I can't get through a full radio grumble or praise Sheffield interview of his, he just goes on and on.
He can talk all the way from Dodworth road to the Dewsbury turnoff of the M1 - even taking into consideration stopping at lights and traffic. Many a time I've been driving my mate back to wakey after a home game, and we've been chatting away with him droning on in the background. He doesn't come up for air.
I am not keen on listening to him but I think he is a top manager & knows what he is doing , if the board at SU back him to the extent he wants, then I think eventually he will take them to the promised land .
Mogadon voice. Well, I mean, what the football club want is for the football team to be winning football matches. Etc.
Great man manager and I would listen to him all day if he were talking about the reds but sadly he doesn’t so don’t listen to him .
Good manager and very inspiring to listen to. Not afraid to call the board out in public. Similar to Hecky but more tactically astute.
Cannot listen to his interviews at all, he talks some right *****. Good manager though as much as it pains me to say.
