Ive had the washing machine to bits this afternoon and trapped my finger twice so your right about the language at home....
well TBH there is a family area , so maybe people taking minors to the game should consider using that area.. But no its not correct to use profanities or obscene language in front of children
I would never swear in front of mine or anyone else's children and I expect the same in return. My children and other children have every right to go to the match and should be encouraged to go, so for that reason I don't swear at football matches. No one can come on here and defend swearing in front of minors as it being acceptable, I do swear at work and with friends.
Not proud of it but I come out with the odd profanity especially at work.and on odd occasions when I'm out socially. But the thing that's strange isI've managed to keep it in check since my granddaughter's came along. Find myself saying things like "ya daft monkey" "ya wassack" "blinkin eck" and to top it all ," By the blue lagoon" Bless old George who I was an apprentice under in the early 70s to thank for that one.
Make me laugh at times people singing about the ira some of the young ens who sing it weren't even alive when the peace agreement was signed.
Can I be really honest - I don't understand the IRA song! What's the origin of it? Why do we **** the Pope and IRA?
I kind of guess it was born during the 70s when the IRA were murdering innocent children, women and men, especially on the english mainland. I havn't noticed any anti ISIS chants yet though which is interesting.
Probably an old rangers song? It's definitely "of it's time" and pretty pointless and a bit daft in the modern era.
Yeah, me neither. May be a volume of attacks thing, the fact that Isis target more nations than solely England or the fact that Isis is only 2 syllables
But then you’d be an islamaphobe and be looking at 20 years. Come on, play the game, you know they’re allowed to kill our children at concerts because labour invaded Iraq.
outside west stand ,first game of season, someone used the c word at least 4 times ,in one conversation with his pal,my niece said "charming language",shes 14, I never challenged it, after I thought should have done really
Fair enough But someone not long since put the scab chant as their all time hated chant by Reds fans. More so even than the ripper chant and the other half dozen horrible demeaning chants they sometimes embarrassingly come out with. I get that it can be embarrassing to some but crikey on a bike let’s have some perspective.
I find swearing significantly less offensive than driving down the street and seeing a soft brown one dropping out of a dogs stretched anus. Even worse is when their owners start dipping their fingers in said parcel before leaving it in a semi enclosed bin along with a collection of other dogs eggs and thus reeking the immediate vicinity out. Dogs should be made to excrete only in their owners homes.
