Suspected heart attack I think - mad scramble from fans and stewards - was upsetting to watch. Hope he makes a full recovery and can be welcomed back to Oakwell by all of us.
The speed which the emergency services and people connected with the club attended to Mr Croft was amazing and most probably saved his life. It wasn't nice to see even as far away as the ponty end where I was sat but at the same time watching the paramedics and other staff get to work as quickly as they did was quite astounding. The people who work day in day out in these jobs really are unsung heroes at times working tirelessly to keep us safe and healthy.
