It's interesting that in 2015 we donated over 500 million quid to Pakistan and India in aid payments, yet these 2 countries have both developed nuclear weapons at a cost of billions, and leave a majority of their citizens in poverty.
I am wondering how the government can justify this drain on resources, when worthy and vital services are only in operation due to the tireless work of fund raisers

I think the club should have an annual 999 day fundraiser day in preseason they have the space ie car park and football pitches to have a big show similar to the one they used to have at cudworth mounted police in the past.

Myself and my colleague have had the idea that the club could commision its own real ale in honour of the service that could be sold in the ground on matchdays. Some or all of the profits from this could then be donated to the service. I thought it was very fitting of recent weeks with the beer festival being so recent and then the events of Saturday. Would hopefully be able to raise good money for the service and also give the fans a good beer to drink on a matchday.
