Can anyone hazard a guess when the replay with Burton will take place, might be a bit dodgy with it being midweek now.I surmise if I can’t make it I should still be able to get my money back,if that is the case I shall donate the money to the air ambulance who do a great job as most of us witnessed at the weekend.

I would imagine two weeks tonight.

They like to get it done early and it makes sense to play it before either club gets bogged down with FA Cup replays.

I stress that this is just a guess.

Would have been great to do it tonight, but I think Burton are still in the league cup, plus it may have been too short notice.

Burton play in the football league trophy on that date.

I have just got a refund from the box office for the tickets I got for friends who would be unlikely to be able to attend the re-arranged fixture. The box office manager was really good. There was no fuss whatsoever. Because I moved my season ticket to sit with my friends they resold my normal seat so they gave me one close to my normal seat for the re-arranged game. WELL DONE THE BOX OFFICE.

They're generally quite helpful at the Box Office. We were bringing friends to a Boxing Day match once that ended up being postponed. We could return their tickets no questions asked.

When we brought family against Walsall they were quite helpful again getting us seats together (we have season tickets now without any seats available nearby). In that case we didn't have to return any tickets though.

Yes, had the same experience this morning no fuss from either box office or reception. Good stuff.

The Box Office are always amazing.

I make a habit of losing my season ticket at least once a season and they always sort me out.

Looking like it could be a while now following Burton's victory last night.

of the midweeks we don't have a game :

9th October Burton are playing in the football league trophy

16th October international break so if we agree to that date we could be leaving ourselves short or possibly even calling it off again.

30th October League Cup round 4

20th November is a free date but i think its the one set aside for Replays from the first round of the FA Cup on the 10th November

Dec 4th Round of 32 of Football league trophy.

Dec 11th FA cup replays from 2nd Round on 1st December.

Dec 18th League cup quarter Finals (Burton only 1 win away depends on draw to some extent)

So we may not announce anything anytime soon, i assume if Burton had lost last night we would have used the league cup round 4 date. If we were both to go out in Round 1 of the fa cup then the 2nd round date would be likely choice or the 2nd round replay date. Not sure if you can arrange a game for replay date while still in the cup. If a Replay is not required for either side after round 1 then we could use 20th November but would likely only be able to announce it after the cup games on the weekend of the 10th.

I asked yesterday at the club shop about possible dates. It's up to the two clubs to agree a date with FA approval. With Burton still being in the League Cup it reduces the number of available mid-weeks but it's only September.

On the plus side the Toby Tyke dolls have arrived.

Would imagine it will be put on hold until we have both played in the FA cup and see from there.
