    Updated shot statistics after 9 league games

    Shots for 155, on target 63
    Shots against 65, on target 21

    I know there's more to games than just shots, but to average 17 shots a game, with 7 on target, is good going. And defensively we allow just over 7 shots per game, with just over 2 on target.

    Which ever way you look at it, I think it's a sign of a good team performing well at this level.

    Certainly indicative of a team that spends a lot of time in the opposition half which has got ot be good. Think the manager would prefer those off target statistics to be a lot lower.

    Thought I'd update it by adding the goals, seeing as they're rather important in football games, and working out some percentages.

    Shots for 155, on target 63 (41% of all shots), goals 18 (12% of all shots, 29% of on-target shots, 2 goals per game)
    Shots against 65, on target 21 (32%), goals 6 (9%/29%, 0.7 goals per game)

    I sincerely hope we continue conceding goals at the same rate for the rest of the season.
