I think that's a really good report and he's very complimentary to us. Fair play to the lad.

Decent write up & as OP says amusing. Could have been written on this board after Tuesday!

Games often turn on key moments & had Luke not made the penalty save it could have been a different game.

The article is worth a look just to see the look on the young ‘posh’ kid’s face. The author certainly didn’t pull any punches getting stuck into anything and everyone to do with Peterborough
I thought describing Stendel as an ‘eccentric German manager’ was a bit OTT though

Excellent, I enjoyed reading that. He even managed to shoehorn Keith Moon into his report so he gets an extra point for that.

Would that be Luke skywalker that made the penalty save.

I often wake up in the morning & have to try & locate my passport, just to identify myself. I wouldn't know myself from Adam, never mind Luke.

He seemed to enjoy his goal. I think he wound Evans up a fair bit with his celebration in front of the "Posh". He has risen in my estimation. (Not as yet a born again Moncur fan, I wouldn't say he could walk on water, unlike God incarnate, Ronnie).

Have to say, I can understand his disappointment as a lot of us have at some
time seen a similar lack lustre showing from our team. Sincerely hope the players
don't start believing all the hype and just take every game on its merits and give
their best whenever they cross the white line. Stealing a line from Steve Evans I
would say without any reservation " now is a good time to be supporting our team."

Could have been written by one of us. Very complementary

    Two lines I particularly liked

"Davies was in danger of becoming a spectator, and unless he had completed the simple catch from a Mark O’Hara, he may have had to have paid the entrance fee."

    and

"Barnsley put in the best visiting display at London Road this calendar year- I include Premier League side Leicester City in that"
