Do we stick with a winning side or throw in those what went on international duty?..im sure he will tinker
Williams and Brown out. Pinillos and Moore in (if fit). And although Mcgeehan played very well I'd still prefer Dougall if he's not jet lagged.
I would keep McGeehan in - he deserves it Sends the wrong message if Dougal walks straight back in and may discourage him from pissing off to the back of beyond for a week. Pinillos in for Williams. Moore back if fit but suspect unlikely
Strongest side every match, fantastic that we secured the 3 points however IMO some of the play was below par against Luton, especially in the passing department where we gave the ball away far too easy. Dougall streets ahead of McGeehan at the moment, same applies to Davies. Pinillos back in for Williams who after his superb debut, had a tough time for most of the match. Moore if fit back in, offers us more up front at the moment. Hoping Woodrow will make the bench. I think we have a very strong first 11 for this league so we need to be playing that squad bar injuries / suspension where possible.
still its good for the club we have variety now and all can play as a team,, YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU REDS
Just seen this and thats incredibly harsh. How does it send the wrong message if your best players are punished for being called up by their country by keeping them out of the side on their return As long as Dougal isnt suffering from the effects of a long trip he should be back in. In any case McGeehan has had several chances and been poor - one good game against a former club isnt enough to keep Dougal out for me
This in spades. Our first XI will go up automatically. The more squad players we have to use, the likelier it will be just the play-offs.
Not about punishing him but he surely he can’t just expect to walk back in if someone plays well in his absence. That’s football.
