I think we could do worse than have our tough guy Cavare as a forward--any thoughts?

He has the first touch of an elephant and close control of my 2 yr old nephew. He would however knock defenders out of the way

Fantastic idea - it would be pure comedy gold and worth the entrance fee alone

If we are going down that route I vote Thiam in Goal then.

Like a few years ago when M'Voto suddenly found himself haring the length of the field having abandoned his defensive role for a minute. He made it right up to the other end before messing it up. THAT was comedy gold :D

M"Voto was comedy gold because he was certainly not a footballer , he was to football what Ghandi was to stamp collecting !

Our keepers already provide comedy gold moments.

Why didn’t he use his left foot to slide it into the open goal ?? Footballers should be made to kick with their weaker foot from an early age. That way they might grow up two-footed. Imagine that!

There are so many good things about that. M'Voto's three awful touches in a row, the open net miss, the sheer inevitability, but my favourite is that the one who busts a gut to get up the other end of the pitch isn't an opposition defender to stop M'Voto and it isn't a Barnsley player to support M'Voto, it's the bloody ref! He definitely wants M'Voto to play it inside so he can slot home.

Worst suggestion since Allan Clark thought it be a good idea to play Kenny Burns up front

Disagree. Burns was there simply to look after Hirsty.

It's brilliant. I still to this day wish he'd had slotted it home.

Remember all the ground willing him on. Only to burst into laughter as it trickled wide

Johnson said he was "Championship minimum" on his day. I'm a bit surprised he's not playing for Bristol City.

True but it's not as funny when it's a actual goalkeeper more embarrassing.
