You must be in dispute with your conveyancer. If not, your answer should be provided by the conveyancer you engaged to do the job.
I am in dispute with the legal teams from both sides (long story) but not entirely certain of my position and how I could move things forward so was just after a bit of advice.
You will get more sense then from a litigator than a conveyancer. Most civil litigation lawyers here in the sticks know their stuff regarding land/boundary/ covenants/contracts etc. disputes, given that lots of people end up arguing about these things. You can get fixed fee advice if you shop around.
