    First of all Can I just say sorry i couldn't get to sit and chat for any length of time with you guys due to work commitments that said may I on behalf of the wife and myself say a massive thank you to those that were able to attend tonight ...thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules not only to visit but to grant us with your trade it was much appreciated and a pleasure to see both old faces and new. May i also pass on our apprecation to Roy... bossman...you are a star sir...
    for not only organising the meet up but for also organising the raffle ...which raised 45 quid .the winner received a signed copy of jon Parkins new book which was signed by Jon himself,...and special thanks to Jon for being a good sport by writing what he did in it... lol.... The money raised went to our in-house charity Briony's gift...who provide wishes for children with cancer... Once again thank you... it was a pleasure meeting you all... Hope you all got home safely .

    Cracking night last night, it’s always good to finally put a face to people’s names, I thoroughly enjoyed it and had a really good laugh, it’s always good when new friendships are made....even if one of them is Scottish, :D....only joking Ian (a nicer man I’ve yet to meet) great bunch of folk and hopefully we can do it again at some point, (Helen I hope it didn’t take you too long to get home, I know you’d got a bit of a trek) and finally cheers for comments Bri and especially for feeding us, I was bloody starving
    Finally a big thank you to Nudge who looked on the map and found where Royston was and even gave me tips on “pulling the birds” clubbing them over the head and dragging them off with their hair is not a technique I’ve ever used, :p
