With automatic promotion hopes fading by the minute the present policy will further restrict progress this season. The club have always sold players, sometimes undervalued, but did not have age restrictions on replacements. The policy may work in Major League Baseball but it's not working in the English Third Division. Out of the squad we have now only Moore and Pinnock would command a substantial transfer fee and one of these will likely be sold on come January. The last time we had a decent team half of these were sold on and the inevitable happened although this could have been avoided by the appointment of a firefighter for the last 13 or 14 games instead of the clown Moralais. Stendel hasn't helped himself by stating pre-season he was happy with the squad he inherited, a squad overloaded with mediocre central midfielders, half who can't play 90 minutes plus two wide men who spend more time in the treatment room than on the pitch although even he is coming round to admitting some experience would help.
It's November we are 5th with 3pts and game in hand over 7th, 5pts behind 2nd and there are 27 games to go. Last time we were in this league we were bottom at Xmas.
How do you know the present policy?. You only know the previous policy.,And by the way the previous policy would have had a fire sale before the season had started
People starting to foam at the mouth about January's transfer window without having any clue what the future looks like but complaining about how the past was with a different ownership..... gonna have to buy more popcorn.....
I agree was just being pedantic. It's not time to panic but there are warning signs that automatic promotion may be slipping away.
You didn't mention Brexit or Adam Hammill. Other than that I'd say your post gets nil points for originality or spelling.
