Has anybody attempted to cancel their iFollow subscription? There’s limited information provided on their website, except for a EFL email address to contact to cancel, although when I have twice they’ve ignored my requests to cease my subscription. It’s a switch payment out of my bank not a direct debit, my next step is to approach my bank re getting the transactions stopped but I shouldn’t have to do this Emailed the club re the matter but not had a response as yet. Really annoying that an organisation can continue taking money from you for a service you no longer wish to receive, particularly when you’ve instructed them to stop. Anybody else had this problem?
Just cut the middle man out and get in touch with your bank . I don't blame you tbf they should re-name it idontfollow or iamsofrustrated or icantbearsedanymore
Really poor service from the EFL that I’ve got to approach my bank and put a stop on the transaction.
I cancelled my subscription a couple of years ago, and a sixth sense told me to cancel my direct debit with my bank as well, so I did. Didn't help though. iFollow set up a new direct debit on the renewal date, and took payment for another year. I went ballistic, they admitted their "mistake" and eventually refunded my money.
I've tried watching i follow a couple of times without any success so I ****** it off . I'm not a total numpty when it comes to downloading , uploading etc but ifollow is an enigma I cannot crack . it should be click click watch , glass of wine happy days .
Again another example of the terrible customer service received from the EFL re the iFollow service. Other users take note when deciding to end their subscription. I’ve contacted the club as they actively promote this service via its official website and I would hope that they’d pass these concerns onto whoever they deal with at the EFL re this service.
I don’t have a subscription, but I did watch the Sunderland game. It was annoying to have to shut down my iPad before I could stream the match on my laptop. I realise that they are trying to prevent users from sharing a subscription, but they must understand that folks tend to have multiple devices these days.
