People sleeping rough and begging has definitely got worse over the last few years. It's absolutely scandalous that the government doesn't appear to be doing anything about it, indeed could be argued, is making the matter worse. It's wrong that <i>anyone</i> should be in that position. Help must be available for all.
Definitely got worse in London the last few years. The ex mayor said he'd eradicate homelessness during his tenure as Mayor. Just one more failure amid a legacy of self serving tokenism.
