My employer has made me redundant almost 5 weeks back.
I was told in writing that I would receive payment in full of any outstanding funds by the 26th November. This was then moved to end November. I've since been told this was moved to today and now been told this will be reviewed next Friday. So that will be 6 weeks since announced that I was being made redundant.
The company have even issued me with a paynote and P45 stating payments made to me.
As these haven't still been paid, where do I stand and whom do I contact to get me this money as the company are not playing ball at all

I've found ACAS have always been a helpful starting point whether an employer or an employee.

If you are in a trade union talk to them. If not when you get a new job join one.
