Well we sit in a division lower after their first managerial appointment. Off the field little things have happened to brighten the place up.

Hmmmm of course we are judging on 12 months what may be a long term contract.
Here's my two pennyworth....started badly with a woeful appointment as head coach...some decent players were brought in (mcburnie) to keep us up....it failed.
We kept the majority of the squad for the start of the season and appointed a new coach....who I believe to be a good one.
Then we had the bradshaw debacle...which ended almost inevitably with him leaving and his replacement been injured for 2 months.
We lost our identity as a unit without Dougall and Bradshaw and as a consequence avarage teams...out managed us.
There have been some good work with "the letter" and paying for the fans on the broken down bus.
So after 12 months I'd say 6.5 out of 10...still lots of work ahead...the coach needs his type of players and January will be the real test for us (transfers in/out).

But most attend games I've seen beane and nav in the club shop. They were at Wycombe last weekend. I think some were hoping/expecting come in scrap the recruitment policy and gift or borrow the club millions to splash on players and wages. Even though when they took over the said how the club had been run was a reason they were attracted to buying and they wouldn't be doing anything crazy.......

Oh no I realise they love a good mingle and photo op for Twitter. I mean more visible with regards to the actual running of the club. Telling everyone what's happening rather than having a quiet word with richard who happens to be buying a pint at an away game

    6/10 for me.
Have shown they are willing to spend money when they think appropriate in both off field and on field.
Spent money in Jan last year, broke the 23 policy and appointed a new manager.
Yes it turned out it was the wrong one but as least they tried(I also suspect other appointments would have been cheaper).
    Backed new manager when required.
Like others Jan will tell us more, but I believe the Summer will be more insightful.
Like everyone else no idea why here though.

In today's Chronicle it says the new Board have upgraded the Clubs gym which
has resulted in praise from the players. They have funded Ben Mosleys murals
and introduced the Hall of Fame. On the playing front, they have brought four players
in re- Callum Styles, who will be recalled from loan in January, Kenny Dougall, Mike Bahre
and Cauley Woodrow, but more importantly, they resisted approaches from other Clubs for
Brad Potts and Keiffer Moore. In another piece, it says that additional signings could be made
    in the January window.

The gym cost 80k, considering how **** we were at getting Ryan Williams fit its a good investment. Potts and Moore would have been sold under Cryne.

We could have bought martin waghorn for 1 million last summer and sold him for 7 million to Derby after. But no lets sign ugbo instead on loan.

Appointing Morais was a total disaster. Jury still out on new manger but doing well with a very young and inexperienced squad. Glad they have stopped the cryne loan revolving door. Lets wait and see until we see who gets sold in jan....

I’m sure theirs lots of players we could have signed for 1 million to gamble on tbh I’d rather we didn’t .
Why didn’t Derby sign him for one mil instead of seven ?

I know, why dont we ridicule and knock the players we have as apparently they are crap. Why don’t we try to support the team, get behind them and offer them encouragement. You never know, supporting them might get results.
