    this is why depression and anxiety can be so devastating,i've suffered with anxiety for 25 years,it came about whilst i was away with my mates,enjoying myself,then out of nowhere,bang,my life has never been the same since,the constant feeling of nervousness,even to the point of throwing up,doing things you always did and enjoyed suddenly feels like torture,you really have to have been there to understand.
