Just go for it! There are some pop anthems on there (4st 7lbs, Mausoleom, The Intense Humming of Evil) ;)
One of my lad's favourite songs is the Manics, although it's their Euro 2016 song Together Stronger (C'mon Wales!). I like how they went from namechecking Boris Yeltsin, Nikita Kruschchev, Jean Marie Le Pen etc, to namechecking Hal Robson-Kanu.

Thanks for reminding me about the Teleman album, I'd been meaning to give it a blast.

She can deal with Your Love Alone Is Not Enough! That's probably as far as I'll be going with the Manics for a while at least!

Their best yet I reckon (even though I'm still a bit gutted that their previous incarnation as Pete and the Pirates came to an end).

Brilliant Sanity was excellent, and Song For a Seagull was a great taster. I'll let you know what I think about the rest of the album.
