Just wanted to express what an absolute disgrace this mob are. Ordered furniture just after Christmas and arranged delivery. They failed to deliver on each of the first three occasions without notifying us. Customer services lied on two occasions. The fourth attempt today the driver rang us to say he was on his way but only had half the stuff.
We told them to shove it.
Went online this afternoon to check their reputation on various customer comments sites and it is absolutely appalling.
    Be warned.

Pen a strongly worded complaint and lay it on thick, ( took unpaid leave from work to receive delivery etc...).
You will get your goods along with your delivery charge refunded and 50% of the sale value refunded too.
They also, randomly, throw you in a meal for four voucher to use in their cafe too.
This is from my own personal experience of their ridiculously poor delivery service which I only used in the first place as I went to collect goods they claimed were in stock but weren't.
Give them hell but don't call Ibrahimovich a dodgy sex change. They don't like that the Swedes.

My mate had problems with a wardrobe he bought from them. "Suppository furniture."
You put it up yourself.! He's not very good at DIY. Ended up with a bedroom shed.!
I've never used them personally. Don't get me started on the capabilities of Sharps
fitted wardrobes. Absolute nightmare. Break out in a cold sweat every time I think about
    them.

The clue's in the name.... when you go to buy furniture or whatever and you see it's called Wanka Bookcase or Tospot Wardrobe or Upyors Settee or Dongivashit Shelving or Sodyu Bedding then you ought to be questioning exactly what they're fobbing you off with.

Agreed. Their stuff is not great quality but reasonably priced and, at times, that's a necessary evil. However, after the disgusting performance they've produced this last few weeks I won't be setting foot in the place again.
Having read their performance reviews online which are staggeringly bad and list scores and scores of people who've had the same experience as us with home delivery it's clear they just don't give a ****. No self respecting company would allow that sort of consumer image to develop without taking serious steps to correct it.

Surprised to hear this. Their customer service in Russia is phenomenal, and the staff are all top notch as well. Get Putin in to replace May. He'd soon have IKEA kicked into shape!

Never had a problem with them personally.

Of course the quality isn’t going to be high because people like the super low throwaway prices. Though it lasts forever, the furniture equivalent of herpes or luggage! And the cheap poor materials do tend to do better than other allegedly better quality and much higher priced goods of other suppliers. Had two shelving units for nearly 20 years now with some weighty stuff. No sign of a bend or buckle.

It’s one of the few places where some lines get cheaper year on year

Needed a wardrobe for my bedroom in the new house. Spent two nights at IKEA in Sheffield sorting through all the options - in the end it was going to cost £870 including delivery and assembly.

Went to CC Interiors up Sheffield Road Barnsley - ordered a much better quality German made one - delivery and assembly included in the price. £750 - delivered and fitted the next day on one of the hottest days in the year.

In actual fact we've shopped around and found matches elsewhere for most of the stuff we cancelled for slightly less in cost and what looks to be equal quality.
