Im not a fan of hers by any means but why arent the press all over the tories who are making her look like a member of Mensa

The likes of Nadine Dorres Esther McVey for example
    yesterdays classic from McVey here

Why isnt she being crucified in the Media for being so dumb?

As an aside why isnt May either for her latest idea of renegotiating the GFA

but Dianne Abbot does something perceived to be daft and its front page headline news

I like this exchange, from when Michael Gove was SoS for Education:

Q97 Chair: Secretary of State, we are moving to a novel, new section: quick fire questions and answers, inspired by the Twitter feed #askgove-5,000-plus wanting to interact with you. So we are going to go round each of us in fairly strict timing. If you could give us quick answers, that would be great.

Michael Gove: I will try my best.

Q98 Chair: One is: if "good" requires pupil performance to exceed the national average, and if all schools must be good, how is this mathematically possible?

Michael Gove: By getting better all the time.

Q99 Chair: So it is possible, is it?

Michael Gove: It is possible to get better all the time.

Q100 Chair: Were you better at literacy than numeracy, Secretary of State?

    Michael Gove: I cannot remember.

She should be crucified for using a blank tile in a game of scrabble to make a space between two words....

I'm sure this is only meant to be illustrative. I don't think she tried top play it in a real game.

The number of times Abbott is on this programme, she must have something on the producer.

Which part? I was tongue in cheek with the second part, but not the first.

She's like click bait for ratings. Angry people who hate her turn on QT so they can get angry whilst hating her. Not a big fan of her myself, Im sure she's a great constituency MP and she did go through an awful lot at a time where being black and in any position of power was a no-no, but I don't think she should be in a shadow cabinet position.

That said Fiona Bruce was shown up for being clueless - you don't tell her she's wrong about polls unless you know them to be wrong - which she clearly didnt.

The only hope is a cross party agreement. She is **** scared of the hard right Brexiteers in the party though & instead of agreeing to rule out a no deal Brexit & getting many Labour, Lib Dems, etc on side she is pressing on with this hopeless strategy.

Hopefully the Damien Green or Yvette Cooper motions may stop us going off a cliff edge. I'm a labour supporter, but I do want this to stop being a ridiculous game or party politics. We were told negotiating a deal would be the easiest thing in the world by David Davies & his cronies. To be honest I'd have rather listened to Dickie Davies.

We'd have had more chance if Dickie Davies had done the negotiations...

I was about to finish that off with ... and he died in xxx, but was very surprised to find out he is very much still alive.

Cos the MSM are frightened of Labour putting them and all their rich mates in prison for life. So they'll fabricate, bin dip and sink to new lows to get anything on them. Next.

One of the major problems which Mrs. May seems to be suffering from apart from diabetes, is autism. The only people I've seen act in the way she does, are sufferers.
