    4-1 win Sunderland and pompey draw and we gain +3 in goal diffeence on them both. Hope kieffer is okay.

    Sunderland have been winning games, but if you look at their stats they aren't dominating teams and creating lots of chances.
    Their game today they only had 1/2 the chances that Oxford have & 42% possession. Think it was pretty similar last week.
    With stats like those you are going to get caught out from time to time. I'm less worried about them than I am Pompey tbh.

    Have a look at Sunderland's board. Complete opposite to ours in terms of positivity right now. Comments such as

    a. Haven't played well for months
    b. Jack Ross's tactics are awful.
    c. Scared to lose, so don't attack
    d. Turgid
    e. Ross doesn't know what he's doing

    Big week for them, this one. If they come out of these 3 home games with less than 7 points and we then go on to beat them at ours, then physcologically we will be home and hosed.
