    Simply abandoned it second half.

Cavare basically doing his best with no-one ahead of him.

Meanwhile, Brown, Woodrow and Bahre getting in each other's way in the middle. Very strange set up.

    Still, it's another game undefeated.

Yeah couple of **** ups in the last 10 but on the whole he was one of the better players for me.

Formation did not work tonight. They defended brilliantly & read our moves well.

Pinnock was my MOTM, but I thought Cavare & Pinillos both had good games, as did Lindsay.

Bahre & Woodrow were not at the races tonight & others looked tired in the second period of the second half.

Brown got no change out of their left back, I would have subbed him - I agree that Cavare had a tough role tonight playing the entire right hand side on his own mostly.

Its a good point I seem to remember we even tried with Hedges on the right before he got subbed. Where was Green? Not on the bench apparently.

He was only a winger in a song.

He played right wing most weeks didn't he? Brown plays in the same position

I don't think it's either player's best position. That said, they have both put in decent shifts there this season. Just no idea why Brown went central in the second half tonight. Just seemed to get in the way, and left the right side with no options.

The balance in midfield just wasn't there tonight.

I noticed that on Saturday on the right wing too often the out ball was not there

'Over balance' of Left footed players perhaps? and also players who can't cross the ball deciding to 'hide'.

This. We never stretched them and we needed a right winger.

There’s plenty of right wingers round Barnsley at the moment.
