https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/dec/16/tottenham-new-stadium-work-is-done The catering was lovely, including Chinese food, rustic pizzas, fish and chips, pies and gourmet burgers, and they were very keen on showing us the in-house brewery. It’s all set up for touch-payment, with no need for cash. Other info: Food and drink outlets within The Market Place were also open, which included the longest bar in Europe at 65 metres. Beer will start from £4 a pint. Fish and chips costs £8.95 and pies £3.50.
I wouldn't be happy with that if I was a Spurs fan. Looks a lot like the Emirates. Another soulless bowl.
Holy smokes. 41.84 a game with a season ticket is insane! Individual tickets must be even worse then.
Pretentious and overpriced.... I'd rather have ours. It's got a pizzazz. Character. Warmth. Outstanding decor. A welcome factor. Great food and drink from multi-various sources at incredible low low prices. More than one turnstile open for the big occasions, i.e. two. Proper toilets. Deafening hand driers. Toilet paper that's at least three inches wide and gets stuck up inside the holder. Tvs that might or might not be switched on. The list is endless. Spurs.... meh.
my mate who is in the army is head of security for spurs, away travel, hotels, routes blah blah blah says it's been an absolute cluster from day one, many of the contracts to build the stadium have been sub contracted out ten fold, so for example ( and it's just an example) the original contractor who got paid say a million to do the plumbing as handed it down and so on and so on so the sub contractor now as £100,000 to provide the same job and standard, I suppose it happens in a lot of business's, I do know spurs have a contract in place by way of fines because of the work going over
