Young lad asked me to get his and a couple of mates tickets for tomorrow. They’ve all just turned 18. I’ve mistakenly bought the Young Adult 19-21 tickets at £16 each rather than the Under 19 tickets at £10 each. Can’t see any way to cancel or change this. Anyone else done the same and managed to get them sorted, or have I just burnt £18?
Will do. Thanks. The Ticketmaster site offers no help. Seems to relate to concert tickets where they’ll only refund if the event is changed or cancelled. It mentions something about a 24hr cooling off period, but only if the event is over 14 days away.
The club ARE truly amazing with stuff of that ilk. Someone I go with lost her Burton ticket after the postponement. She never told me until the day of the rearranged game. You can't get £10 U19 tickets at the gate, so I was looking at £18 to pay her in. The box office lady asked which seat it was, checked the database, and printed me a duplicate off for free! Stunning!
Can only echo the sentiments on this post, if you get in touch the staff down at the box office will sort it out. I've never had a problem with tickets that they haven't been able to fix, a great team they have.
It’s easily done I bought presale tickets for Saxon at the Apollo in October, unfortunately I’ve got them for the Apollo in London and not Manchester....lets hope we’re playing a London team that weekend
